NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 26, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-69447 (L) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6, Plaintiff, and SEDE A. ROJAS, UNKNOWN TENANTS(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SADADIA DELA ROSA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYTEMS INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 54, CAPE CORAL UNIT SIX PART THREE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 70 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
