NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 2, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-010819 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, Plaintiff and Jesus Gonzalez (ss# xxx-xx-8298) and Cecilia Gonzalez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 40 AND 41, BLOCK 3687, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 50, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 155 THROUGH 162, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
