NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 3, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-060523 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein bank of america, national association, is the Plaintiff and PANANGAYIL ALIAS; SARAMMA ALIAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
lots 19 and 20, Block 5701, unit 87, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 24, pages 67 through 87, inclusive, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
