CAMPBELL; CHOLATHEN V. HAYDEN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1816, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
