NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059421, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff and JAMES W. JACKSON; PAMELA A. JACKSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 29, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 26 and 27 Block 4658 unit 70 Cape Coral Subdivision According to the plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 22 Pages 58 thru 87 Inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
