NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-051105 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, National Association, as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust, 2006-3, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, Plaintiff and Blanca Giraldo and Doris Cojiao are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 50, block a, stoneybrook at gateway - unit 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 80, page 51, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
