NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 5, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-058670 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank FSB, Plaintiff and Hugo Rojas and Rosa Rojas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 1482, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 17, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, PUBIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
