Lots 19 and 20, Block 115, Unit 5, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 80 to 90 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 5218 Coronado Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33904, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on September 8, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
