KOSS, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:
Lot 18, block 49, Unit 9, Section 21, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 62, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM. on 2 day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
