Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 4 day of August, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-054614 in the Circuit Court for Lee , Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56 the Plaintiff, and PAUL D EVERETT, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:
BEGIN AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 32 WHICH TO 28.07 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 32, BLOCK H, VENETIAN GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 32 AND LOT 26 OF SAID BLOCK H, A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY 68.69 FEET TO A POINT 12 FEET EASTERLY OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 30 AND ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 30; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOTS 26 AND 32 A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY THE POINT OF BEGINNING
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM. on 7 day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
