NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-058989, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-3is Plaintiff and RUBEN DIMAS; GLORIA DIMAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 7 day of September, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16, 17, 22, AND 23, BLOCK 2, LIGHTSEY'S ADDITION TO SOUTH FORT MYERS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
