UNIT 405, BUILDING 2, PALMAS DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3122, PAGE 3693, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3623, PAGE 2720, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 11620 COURT OF PALMS APT 405, FORT MYERS, FL 33908; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on September 2, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
