NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009701 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-8, Plaintiff and Enedina Maria Bengston a/k/a Enedina M. Bengston and Walter W. Patricio are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, GRAND VIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
