NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed January 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-70248 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a., is Plaintiff, and natalya olshanitskaya, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a Delaware corporation, as nominee for rbs citizens, n.a., RBS CITIzens, n.a. and oak crest association, inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on September 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, of Pate Crest Village I, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 86 and 87, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
