NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001122-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Tuan Nguyen are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 6G, BUILDING 1, COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 56 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4993, PAGES 1579 THROUGH 1646, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
