NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 5 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-ca-065843, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, lp f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing lp is the Plaintiff and frank bagnati, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systesm, Incorporated as nominee for service mortgage underwriters, inc., musa at daniels condominium association, inc., catherine bagnati a/k/a catherine baganti I. and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit 927, building 13555, of musa at daniels condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in clerk's file no. 2006000193278, and any amendments thereof, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said declaration
