NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-002177-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2007 SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2007-NC1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-NC1, Plaintiff and Arthur J. Brooks are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 412E, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PARK PLAZA APARTMENTS II, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3915, PAGES 820 THROUGH 877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
