NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 5 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-12791, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MARIA V. GONZALEZ; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA V. GONZALEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 7 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
