NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 4, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-020040-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Cheryl L. Sandell a/k/a Cheryl Lynne Sandell are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on September 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 402, 1010 CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15643, PAGE 86 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
