NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order for Writ of Possession dated July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11004339CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIAITON, INC. is the Plaintiff and DEENA BANNER is the defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of September 2011, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 2405 together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4219, Pages 1465 et seq. and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 9 through 11, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel No.: 01/29/15/87702/024/2405.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
