NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-08018209CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-1, Plaintiff, and, SCRUGGS-LEFTWICH, YVONNE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of September, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 8, Block 4, PALMETTO PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 2, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
