NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-005614-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00 AM by electronic sale on the 13th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, ARVIS CIRCLE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO THAT PORTION OF LOT 31-A LYING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION: BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 31-A AND GO SOUTHWESTERLY ON A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 33; THENCE CONTINUE WESTERLY ON A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE SE CORNER OF LOT 31; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
