NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-Ca-050738 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Holly M. Hardy are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 10 and 11, block 4402, unit 63, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 21, pages 48 through 81, inclusive, public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
