NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-071027 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and T & S Real Enterprises, Inc. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, block 37, unit 6, section 23, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, as recorded in Plat book 15, page 67, public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
