NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed August 8, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-019445 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Corporate Trust Credit Suisse ARMT 2007-02, Plaintiff and Christian Finnern are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 47 and 48, block 5118, unit 80, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 22, pages 140 through 159, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
