NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2011, entered in Case 10-11640-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAL HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANELL MORENO, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, and CITY OF LARGO are Defendants, KEN
BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 16, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 220, of BAL HARBOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 15222, Page 1760, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
