NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2011, entered in Case 10-10537-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY KERR, MARIA KERR and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 16, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 33, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM (PHASE I), and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded 12/23/83 in O.R. 5669, Pages 189 through 257, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, Pages 98 through 100, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
