Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 9, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-1706 of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SAN REMO AT PALMIRA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Brandon L. Carter, Jessica Carter, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Fla. Stat. 45 on the 9 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 57 of SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 58 through 68, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
