NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001791, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and LILA POJANI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 36-A, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4392, PAGE 443 THROUGH 494, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIU7M PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 80-82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
