NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-011110, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ALAN BRUCE BRADLEY A/K/A ALAN B. BRADLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAN BRUCE BRADLEY A/K/A ALAN B. BRADLEY; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK F, FAIRVIEW ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
