Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed on the 9 day of August, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-001944, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which copper oaks homeowners' association, inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and edward b. egert, jr., kathleen d. egert, and home equity of america, inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 8 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 50, Block B, COPPER OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
