NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 09010783CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff and SCOTT C. STANGE, ET. AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2, VILLA DEL SOL OF CLEARWATER BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
