NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-002566, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and MARGUERITE KOSICK; JOHN DAVID KOSICK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; PAMELA KOSICK A/K/A PAMELA KOSICK WEST; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 68, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
