Final Judgment was awarded on October 7, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-013183, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein USA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STURCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and GEORGETA FAUR; JOHN FAUR; N/K/A JAMES ZAREMBA; N/K/A ARIANE ZAREMBA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at 9:00 A.M. on September 9, 2011 at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 21, Unit 7, Lehigh Acres, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 87, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
