Condominium Unit B3, Building No. 128 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, Village I-#1, a Condominium, Phase XVIII, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5702, Page 1317, and as amended by amendment No. 6 recorded in O.R. Book 5764, Page 123, and according to Condominium Plat book 74, Pages 57 through 61, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto; the street address of which is: 1353 Pine Ridge Circle East #B3 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQUIRE Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 311 Park Place Blvd., Suite 250 Clearwater, Florida 33759 on or before September 19, 2011, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
