YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BAY POINT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 2, Building F, BAY POINT PLAZA APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3153, Page 534, and any amendments thereto and Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 6100 12th Street S, Bldg F, #219, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33705.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 19, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
