Notice is given that pursuant to the Stipulated Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on August 10, 2011, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 09-CA-56691, I will sell at public sale on September 9, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Lee County, Florida as follows:
Units 301, 302, 303 , and 304, Phase 3, Building 3, of OAK RIDGE CENTER CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Instrument No. 2006000471861 and Amendment recorded in Instrument No. 2007000074379, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
