Lot 7-D, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, pages 24 and 25, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2928 Bancroft Circle E, #D, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 19, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
