NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed August 1, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-ca-000259 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARY ELLEN HANKINSON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1704, BUILDING 17, BROOKSHIRE VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USEAGE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT KNOWN AS PARKING SPACE NO. 1704, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS AS SHOWN IN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BROOKSHIRE VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2061, PAGES 3047 THROUGH 3103, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2062, PAGE 1409; OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2071, PAGE 2947; AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER DECLARATION OF BROOKSHIRE BATH AND TENNIS CLUB AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1892, PAGES 3646 THROUGH 3688, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1925, PAGE 4583, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1943, PAGE 4433, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1950, PAGE 4202, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1963, PAGE 4214 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1966, PAGE 1862; ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
