NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure Dated October 23, 2009 and entered in case no 2007-ca-003484 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans, inc, as trustee for ing bank, fsb is the Plaintiff and Wesley a. carson and unknown tenant(S) are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium parcel: unit no. 202, building no. 15, of lake homes at tarpon gardens, a condominium, according to the plat thereof and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 4154, page 3910 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. all as recorded in the public records of lee county, florida
