SAID PREMISES BEING THE SAME AS CONVEYED IN WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED 6/6/63 IN O.R. BOOK 1693, PAGE 689 AND RECORDED 8/9/76 IN O.R. BOOK 4442, PAGE 1177, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 715 SKYVIEW AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
