MTGLQ Investors, L.P. is Plaintiff and GEORGE KARALIS; SYLVIA KARALIS; et al. are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes at 11:00AM on this 19th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 111, POINTE ALEXIS NORTH PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDSOF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
