NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022707 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR23, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR23 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated September 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and , MICHELLE L. BRUMFIELD; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE L. BRUMFIELD , IF MARRIED N/K/A ANDR; and BAYSIDE MEADOWS, PHASE II, SECTION 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; and THOMAS HOLZER; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and STATE OF FLORIDA; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC FOR MARKET STREET; and ACCENT DEVELOPMENT CO are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BAYSIDE MEADOWS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, A PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE(S) 7 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
