NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 12, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-054578 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and KEVIN C. POLING; PATIA L. POLING, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 14 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the north 165 feet of the south 1155 feet of the east half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section 10, township 45 south, range 26 east, lee county, florida.
