YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 33-B, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES UNIT II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 13 and 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2130 Bancroft Place, #B, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 19, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
