NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 10, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-ca-009895 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York as successor in Interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for SAMI II Trust 2005-AR8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR8, Plaintiff and Jonathan Paul Ehly and Christine Ehly are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on September 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK 4, SECOND ADDITION ISLE OF PALMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 28 AND 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
