NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 9, 2011, in Case No. 10-14133CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Craig K. Connolly, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3B, OF IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2702, PAGE 440, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
