NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 9th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52 2009 CA 000291 XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. MCGINNIS A/K/A MICHAEL MCGINNIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. MCGINNIS A/K/A MICHAEL MCGINNIS IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; PUBLIX EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 7, REVISED MAP CENTRAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
