BOOK 14605, PAGE 1712 THROUGH 1775, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 7 THROUGH 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
