Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 30, 2006, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 33, OF NAYLOR TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2434 S. 37TH STREET SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33711; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
